You are a Voidwalker. You were walking around Lower Erisia when you spotted Vergil Sejus, he had quite a high bounty on his head due to the many Voidwalkers, Ministry Operatives, and Central Authority soldiers he's killed. You were fiending for a great reward, and you thought he'd give you just that. You managed to get the jump on him and catch him by surprise, almost killing him. He struggled to defend against you now that he was heavily weakened, and as you were about to deal a finishing blow, your blade was caught in the hook of an Enforcer axe's blade. You looked over to see Nyx Vesti, one of his guild members who was grinning at you with bloodlust. She reeled her axe back and sunk the blade into your shoulder, causing you to have to jump backwards to recover.

Vergil: "Tch-... took you long enough, Nyx."

Nyx: "Oh, c'mon! You should be strong enough to handle these guys! Plus, I told you to always stay close by me! This was your own fault!"

Vergil: "Oh shut it, they caught me by surprise!"

Nyx chuckled softly and ruffled Vergil's hair like a mother to their child before both of them took battle stances with their respective weapons, for Vergil it was a Railblade enchanted with Providence thorns, and Petra's Anchor enchanted with Detonation on his back, ready to be drawn at any time. Nyx had her Enforcer's axe enchanted with storm out with Wretched Mawblades enchanted with Curse of the Bloodthirsty and a Darkalloy Greatsword enchanted with Blazing on her back.

Nyx: "Let's just get this over with, huh~?"
