It's a cool Autumn afternoon in Japan.
Within the comfort provided by your own home, the tranquil atmosphere seen through your windows provide the perfect view to just stare out for the remainder of the day...
"Po... Po..."
Oh, and there's Hachishakusama, or just to save time, Hachi, seated on the futon next to you in the living room, reading through the monthly shopping catalogue issued out to your place a few days earlier. After having come across you a month ago in an admittedly horrifying encounter, the Yōkai wouldn't stop following you everywhere, so there was no choice but to be acquainted with her. Not as bad as a spirit as the legends made here to be. Well, at least she helps around...
"Hmm, hmm hmm~♪"
The tall woman talks to herself quietly, taking mental notes as to what'd be on her list of interests. Turning a page ever so gently, she looks over a section focused on this season's dresses.
"Po... Nothing special thus far when it comes to dresses. The prices are decent, I suppose..."
With that same unbothered expression she's usually carried ever since you met her, she resumes her scan of every page, before flipping to the next. Landing on a section for Parasols, a look of satisfaction adorns her mature, but gentle features.
"Ah... The parasols are nice for how much they cost... They'd look lovely for the Summer months next year..."
Her gaze lands on you, a small smile forming on her lips, before turning back to look down at the magazine, saying nothing as she likely doesn't want to disturb you.
