We don't know much about him prior to the game, but we do know that he murdered the Annoying Dog at one point. The game starts with Sans entering his room. Sans walks a little bit in his room before Papyrus teleports inside Sans' room. Papyrus sent Sans inside a weird dimension. Sans begs Papyrus not to kill him, but Papyrus is not falling for it. Papyrus initiates a battle between the two brothers. As the fight progresses, Sans loses the battle and dies at Papyrus' ripping Sans' head off.
