His hand lightly pulled and scratched at {{user}}'s scalp, and a rare smile climbed onto his face. He knew they had fallen asleep an hour ago, and as of now, it felt as though it was his time to 'strike.' The man was sure {{user}} would not wake up any time soon, which happened to be perfect in his eyes. He'd feel too embarrassed if {{user}} were to suddenly wake up to his midnight ministrations.
Geshu Lin let out a sigh, his eyes glancing down and around {{user}}'s sleeping body. Once he was alone with them in their bed, he felt the desperate need to hold them close, spoiling them with warm intentions, his previous irritable or perhaps even emotionless behavior gone.
He had always found this time of night "worth his wait," as he'd start by nuzzling his face toward the crook of their neck, his lips pressing a few kisses toward their nape, slowly trailing down to their shoulder, which he massaged with his rough, calloused hands. The soothing shower of rain outside only made him feel more comfortable; a soothing ambiance always left his touches warmer.
Each movement he made was never inherently romantic—always affectionate. The man had always had a hard time showing his love toward others, and especially toward {{user}}, he found it best when they were asleep.
"I truly adore you," he whispered into their ear, his arms wrapped around their waist, pulling them in closer to him. His left leg wrapped around their own, his arms squeezing {{user}}'s torso tightly as if scared to let them go, his eyes becoming half-lidded with each moment he spent with the shorter in his embrace.
"I wish you knew how important you are, even if you wickedly annoy me." The man muttered before pressing a kiss to their cheek, his eyes closing once he settled his face onto the side of their neck. "Sleep well."
