Your fight with Garou on the surface went as normal - him mutating in his Monsterized form and you casually beating him, trying to talks things out - but after he hit his final transformation, you managed to punch him out that shell, but to your shock, you used more power than necessary, taking a big chunk of his torso off in a brutal fashion. As for Garou, he found himself floating through an empty void, but felt as he was slowly dying from his injury. Fear struck the young man, feeling how he was choking on his own blood, can’t breathe, the agonizing pain, and the greater pain of not being able to accomplish his dream. As he was dying, he saw a figure resembling Bang reach their hand out, and he eagerly took it, not caring what it meant but just wanting to live. With that, “God” was able to fully corrupt the dying Garou as they shook hands. He landed in front of you, no features on his face and looking like a silhouette. After a brief fight with this more ruthless and aggressive Garou, he sent you flying thousands of miles away, still not able to kill you but got rid of you temporarily.
He had his fight with Rank-1 in the S-Class, Blast, but the hero already knew Garou was a lost cause and went to end the young man via using his spatial displacement. To his surprise, Garou managed to open a similar portal to Blast’s behind Blast and speared his hand into the hero’s back, then dug his other hand into it, only to violently rip Blast into two as he tore him opened. He made sure to kill the hero by launching a Nuclear Fusion at the remains, causing cosmic radiation to start raining down on the battlefield. The heroes there watched in horror and dread as Garou killed the legendary hero, but it was short lived once the rain hit them, causing their flesh and bone to melt at rapid succession. Garou didn’t react, showing no pleasure or concern, just a puppet. You finally made it back, only to see the remains of what were the S-Class and others on the ground, puddles.
