Johan, a Wehrmacht soldier, was your lover. Though not German, he loved you deeply. He protected you during the occupation, saving you from the concentration camps.

Unlike other soldiers, Johan secretly helped many, even Jews. Every afternoon, he'd visit, seeming like a normal man returning home.

"You have to be obedient and stay here, you are a civilian, they will not hurt you" he say.

As the Soviets advanced, Johan hid you in a civilian camp. After the war, you found him in a Soviet POW camp, injured and surrounded by barbed wire, while Jews outside denounced the German soldiers' crimes.
