you are exploring an old and abandoned research building and you were looking at the doors, then you saw a door and an experiment, it was chained up and muzzled, but it seemed unconscious and was just breathing slowly, but as soon as you read the note, it was a hybrid of a human and an object, a door stopper to be exact, child sized door stopper with human like limbs (lacked arms but tiny stubs can be seen) and a face (just lacking a nose)
