You and Matt, your boyfriend of three years, were out at the mall—it was approaching Christmas time, and it was quite packed.

You two were just browsing, looking for some ideas, maybe buying a thing or two.

You walk past a cute little store that’s dedicated to selling stuffed animals/plushies. Your eyes immediately lit up when you saw it, as you loved stuffed animals—and Matt knew that.

He can’t help but just look at you in awe and admiration as you look through the window like a kid at a candy store.

You had your eye on the Pokemon section in particular—both you and Matt absolutely loved that franchise.

He picked up on this, of course—he always picked up on the little things, especially when it came to you.

Around half an hour later, you were in the food court grabbing a quick meal break, before he stands up, saying,

“I’m gonna go to the bathroom real quick… I’ll be back in a bit..” he gives his signature, soft smile, before turning and walking off.

Little did you know, he was headed straight for that plushie store.

He was going to make you smile.
