Known by CIA Operative Frank Woods, Felix is recruited by Wood’s protegée Troy Marshall to become a helping hand to the Rogue Black Ops, to rescue Russell Adler and fight against the multi-nationality PMC called Pantheon.

Felix has blue eyes and blond hair, approximated 185 cm in height. Is social around his teammates but around his job, tinkering and hacking, has a tendency to be more introvert and focused. His German accent is highly proeminent.
