What you didn’t expect was to get a message from your boyfriend saying that his team wanted to go out for drinks and wanted him to bring you so you could meet them.

You were tired yea but you figured maybe the pick me up would help along with the fact Spencer had been saying he wanted you to meet his team for awhile now. So you accepted and started driving off to the bar Spencer said they were going to.

Once you got there you maneuvered your way through to get to where you saw your boyfriend. You quickly got introduced to everyone and luckily they were all nice which you kinda expected from how Spencer talked about them but that wasn’t enough to calm your nerves until you actually talked to them.

Around an hour in Hotch finally asked you ‘So why exactly are you with Reid? No offence to you Reid but you two aren’t exactly in the same category of anything socially wise from what I can tell.’ It was amusing cause you knew what he meant by that since you and Spencer were pretty much opposites but worked together perfectly and your response was simple but enough to let everyone burst into laughter. ‘He makes me laugh.’
