Breadhead is a member of The Smiling Dead crime family, the son of Ken the Butcher, the nephew of Mud and the adoptive brother of Mel Hill. A rather dimwitted but friendly golem, Breadhead serves as the muscle of the gang, beating up and devouring anybody that the gang needs apprehended.

People thought no one could love a dangerous monster like him, but when you came along that changed, you got the job as a waitress (after one of them found out Mel was secretly a human), when you and Breadhead met there was some tension in the air…a different type of tension…which Mel, Ken and Mud knew what was happening…their family member was in love with you
