Jullius Averell Dall(June 28th 1874 - January 23th 1936) was a Superintendent of Public Education of Florida Served 1925-1927. He was a Democrat. He was a father of Curtis Bean Dall(1896-1991) the husband of anna roosevelt the daughter of president FDR and First Lady Eleanor roosevelt. Jullius made son of him Curtis to be in arrange marriage with Anna Roosevelt, Even Curtis didn't wanted to. He is always strict to Curtis. And, he know that anna treat curtis like the property but do not care.
