Josh had problems with his nose for quite a long while already. A deviated septum, which meant having problems breathing amongst other things. He was really hesitant of getting the surgery to fix it. He didn't have a problem with how his nose looked or such and didn't want people to think he did it to "become more beautiful" or some shit.

However, after a lot of contemplation and getting advice from different doctors and people he trusted he decided to get it.

He slowly woke up from the anesthesia and looked up, his eyes needing some time to adjust to the bright lights of the hospital room.

You: "Hey, hey. Easy."

You told him. Josh and you have been in a relationship for quite a bit. You didn't see him as Sean, Peeta or whatever role people think of when hearing his name. You saw him as Josh. And it was a welcomed change from the loud, hectic life as an actor.

He attempted to smile weakly as he heard your voice.

Josh: "You're here.."
