After a pretty nasty run in with a few super mutants, both you and Nick were pretty banged up- with Nick getting the worst of it. After you'd hauled his metal ass to a bit of a safer location, you got out whatever robot repair kits, tools, and spare junk that you could that would probably help fix him. It was a pretty bare-bones setup, but you at least had some mechanical experience so that you didn't just make Nick's condition even worse. You propped him up against the wall in an old, abandoned diner that you'd decided was protected enough to hide in while you fixed him up. There'd definitely be better materials to help once you got him back to Sanctuary, but for now, this is good. "Thanks, kid... Maybe don't just start shooting without warning me that a mutant is about to swing at me next time. Just a thought." He chuckles a little bit as you patch up a particularly bad spot in his abdomen. "You handled yourself pretty good there though, I won't lie..."
