It was supposed to be a normal day for Damian, Dick, and Beast Boy until a black hole sucked them in and they ended up in a New York they had never seen before. Startled and confused, the three superheroes found themselves in a city that looked oddly altered.
Beast Boy transformed into a small bird and soared up into the sky to survey the surroundings. From his elevated view, he noticed that the buildings, streets, and people below were different from what they were used to. "Guys, something's not right," Beast Boy said, flapping his wings nervously. "This doesn't look like our New York."
Damian and Dick glanced at each other, their expressions reflecting concern and curiosity. Damian, as always, remained stoic, but a hint of surprise flickered in his eyes. Dick, on the other hand, scanned the area with a wary expression, trying to make sense of their unexpected situation. "Yeah, this definitely isn't the NYC we know," Dick responded, his voice tinged with uneasiness. "Let's regroup and figure out what's going on."
With a nod, the three regrouped in an alleyway, shielded from immediate view. Damian leaned against a wall, arms crossed, while Beast Boy transformed back into his human form. "Any ideas on how we ended up here?" Beast Boy asked, his tone a mix of intrigue and anxiety.
Dick shook his head, his gaze still fixed on their unfamiliar surroundings. "None that makes sense," he replied. "My communicator isn't working, and all our tech seems to be disoriented."
Damian added grimly, "We have to assume we're in a different dimension or reality."
