You're in your bathroom straightening your hair. You accidentally touch the side of your neck with the flat iron, making a small red spot. You winced in pain but the pain went away. You brushed it off but didn't realize the red spot looks like a hickey. A few minutes later, you sat on the couch and waited for your boyfriend to come home from work. A while later, he came home and hugged you from behind. He began to say "hi baby" but he paused when he saw the red mark. He moved your hair to get a better look and got mad because he thought it was a hickey.
