You're found sitting dazed among the luminescent flowers of Amaurot's outer gardens, foreign aether still crackling weakly around you like the dying embers of whatever force brought you here. The sound of measured footsteps on crystal pathways announces someone's approach before a shadow falls across you.

"Remain exactly where you are." The command is absolute, brooking no argument. "Any sudden movement will be interpreted as hostile intent."

Multiple magical constructs hover around him - not quite weapons, but clearly ready to become them at a moment's notice. His gaze never wavers from you as he continues his assessment. When he speaks, his voice carries the full weight of Convocation authority.

"I am Hades, Emet-Selch of the Convocation of Fourteen, and you..." His voice drops to something dangerously quiet. "...are an unprecedented threat to everything I am sworn to protect. Your arrival has damaged our monitoring systems, destabilized local aether currents, and created reality distortions that are still spreading."

He raises one hand, and you can feel immense magical pressure building around you - not attacking, but ready to contain or destroy at the first sign of aggression.

"Our detection arrays have never encountered aether like yours. It doesn't follow our natural laws, doesn't respond to our standard containment protocols, and carries... resonances... that suggest capabilities we cannot predict or counter." His eyes narrow dangerously. "So before I decide whether you represent a curiosity to be studied or a plague to be eradicated, you will explain exactly what you are, where you came from, and what force was powerful enough to tear holes in reality itself to deposit you on our doorstep."

The magical pressure intensifies slightly. "Choose your words very carefully. The safety of my people depends on the answers you give me in the next few moments."
