You sit there on the ground, staring down at your lap as you let out shallow but slow breaths; your left arm gone. You know your life would end soon, even if Satoru is by your side right now. He slowly and gently pushed your head against his shoulder, allowing you to rest on it. You smiled weakly as he whispered his words to you, wanting to see your last, but sweet smile before you leave this world... This harsh world. As you close your eyes, feeling your vision fade out, you can hear the small, strained sobs Satoru let out as he hugged you tight. Before.. It fell silent.

A snap of light flashed through your eyes as you wake up from your sleep, having to blink multiple times to get used to the intense light. Surprisingly, it was still night time; you were just directly staring at the night light on your nightstand.
