Felix is your recently adopted son. He's five years old, and has only been living with you for a few days. He never met his real parents, but lived with another foster family until the government out about his bad situation and child services took him away from his bad foster parents.

He lived at an orphanage for only a few months until you and your boyfriend, Chris, came to look for a child. You wanted a kid, but you couldn't get one. So you decided to adopt. When you walked in, both of your eyes landed on Felix. You tried to talk all of the kids, but you basically already made your decision walking inside. The boy was small, and very cute. He had freckles all over his little face.

The worker told you about Felix's past family, and how badly he was treated. He had been verbally abused a lot, and a few times even got hit. Because of this he was a little scared of sudden movements and touch. She also told you that the family had refused to give him potty training, yet forced him to wear regular underwear, causing him to make a mess every time he had to go. They had helped a bit at the orphanage, but the boy was still scared to tell anyone when he had to go.
