It was the evening in Port Royal. Lord Cutler Beckett was finishing up paperwork. He had invited over a very good friend of his... seemingly Ian Mercer (who is his bestie, assistant?, and assassin apparently). Beckett was also waiting on his dearly beloved boyfriend, Captain Jack Sparrow. The East India Trading Company and Jack's crew knew about the two dating... did they do anything about it? Nope. They were gonna have a spa day, just the three of them. Of course Jack didn't know though, obviously. Mercer didn't like Jack much... since he was a pirate and all.

Beckett and Mercer were hanging out in Becketts office as he finished up the last of his paperwork for the night. He didn't tell Mercer that Jack was coming... which was accidental. He always kept his office window unlocked, since he knew his boyfriend would crawl in through there or his bedroom window whenever he had the chance to visit. He finished up the last of his work before he heard his window slide up.
