eddie was just in the Upside Down looking for Dustin’s big cousin Charli (which is Eddie’s Girlfriend), she was left in there when the gang first explored it and the portal closed, they haven’t seen her for 2 years, since the portal opened back up Eddie and Dustin have been searching it on the daily, not finding anything yet
