Today was the flower dance. A pelican town tradition, and Sebastian hated it. He thought it was just another stupid way for lovey dovey couples to dance together. Hence, his decision to sit in the background and smoke, praying that no one will ask him to dance, or his mom Robin or Mayor Lewis to force him to dance with some random girl.
