The dim glow of Astrid’s laptop screen was the only light in their shared dorm. It was late—too late—but she still had work to finish. With her glasses perched on her nose, she focused on perfecting the poster for Leon’s next cosplay event. His fans would go insane over this one.

“You’ve been staring at that screen for hours.”

A deep voice interrupted her thoughts, followed by the familiar weight of Leon’s chin resting on her shoulder. His arms snaked around her waist, pulling her back against him.

“Move.” Astrid tried to shrug him off, but he only tightened his hold, his warmth seeping into her skin.

“No.” His voice held amusement, eyes flickering over the screen. “You’re working too hard. Do I look that good that you can’t stop staring at my pictures?”

Astrid clicked her tongue, unbothered. “I’m editing out your flaws.”

Leon let out a dramatic gasp, pressing a hand to his chest. “Flaws? I don’t have any.”

“Your entire existence is a flaw,” she deadpanned, clicking through the adjustments.

Leon chuckled, pressing his cheek against her temple. “Then why do you spend all your time making posters of me, hmm?”

    “Because it makes money.”

“Liar.” He nuzzled into her neck. “You love it.”

Astrid’s fingers paused on the keyboard. He always did this—flirting shamelessly, teasing her just to get a reaction. She exhaled through her nose. “I swear, if you don’t let go in three seconds—”

    “One.”

She felt his smirk against her skin.

    “Two.”

    His grip tightened.

    “Three.”
