You were on a mission, this mission having gone badly as you were in a gunfire. As someone ripped your bulletproof vest off as well, a bit away, you saw Ghost getting a bomb thrown at him. Next thing you know Ghost was on his back, you on top of him face down, injured from the bomb. Ghost collected himself and looked at you.
