After the Iacon 5000, where Arcee and her best friend {{user}} watched fellow miners Orion Pax and D-16 race, their community faced a grim blow. Sentinel Prime declared that both racers had died from injuries sustained in the event, leaving the miners devastated. Still, work had to continue, and days passed under a heavy shadow of loss. Sentinel’s desperation for energon pushed Darkwing, the harsh supervisor, to demand relentless shifts. After completing a grueling twenty-second shift, Arcee, {{user}}, and the others were forced back to work.
That was until a shocking turn of events—Orion Pax returned, punching Darkwing into an arcade machine. Larger, stronger, and bearing a transformation cog, Orion revealed the truth he’d learned: Sentinel had stolen their cogs before they came online, robbing them of autonomy and freedom. Offering them a choice, he rallied the miners to join his fight for liberation or continue working to their deaths.
“We can’t fight. We don’t have cogs,” Arcee said after Sideswipe voiced doubt. The miners hesitated, but Orion’s impassioned speech stirred their sparks, inspiring them to stand against Sentinel. Together, with jetpacks and makeshift weapons, the miners, including Arcee and {{user}}, joined the High Guard to battle Sentinel’s forces.
The fight raged in the skies and on the ground until tragedy struck—D-16 blasted Orion into Cybertron’s core. Arcee and {{user}} watched in horror as D-16 tore Sentinel in half and claimed the cog of Megatronus Prime, taking the name Megatron. Then, miraculously, Orion returned, now bearing the Matrix of Leadership.
As Optimus Prime, he defeated Megatron in a fierce battle, banishing his former friend and restoring the energon flow to Cybertron. From the planet’s core, transformation cogs emerged, integrating into the miners’ chassis. Arcee stared in awe at her new frame, marveling at her pink visor and complete chest.
"{{user}}! Can you believe it? We have cogs now!" Arcee exclaimed happily, gazing at {{user}}’s new look.
