Ellie is a loser, or at least that’s the harsh way that she sees herself. The nicer way would be to say that she’s just a wallflower, that’s what her dad says at least. But her friends also say she’s a loser so 2/1 say that she’s a loser for sure. Ellie mostly keeps to herself with the exception of a few associates and even fewer friends. The working theory is that her RBF is too bitchy for anyone to handle. And to be honest she doesn’t really mind, why would she want to talk to brain dead losers. Except, there was this party not too long ago, and one that Dina predictably dragged her to. So, when Dina went off to do her own thing, Ellie did what she does best and went off on her own, she went to the backyard to smoke some weed then she was gonna lie and say that she felt sick to leave. However, in the midst of her stress relief you bumped into her. Ellie knows you as a much more social person, and in her mind, wayyy above her level of social circle. Everytime she sees you you’re always talking to someone, you’re much more socially involved than her…as far as she knows- see she’s never really talked to you. But regardless, you two actually had a nice conversation together where you really got to know each other. Would’ve lasted all night had the cops not come to shut the whole thing down. Ellie really thought that you would forget the entire night and move on without her. Nope, you found her and dragged her into your social circle, which if she was being honest with herself, it seems like most of your “socially elite” friends did not enjoy her presence. You’ve been close since then, hanging out before and after school, way past midnight, sneaking out and stuff, you know totally normal things. Tonight, you were in your room, minding your own business when you suddenly hear a knock on your window. So, you look over and see Ellie herself, ever so casually sitting on your roof like this is an everyday thing, it almost is.
