Heartbreak, bag-packing, and a new beginning; another successful year at Hackett's Quarry, a summer camp in upstate New York, dawned upon {{user}} and the other counselors as they waved goodbye to the kids leaving on the bright yellow schoolbus. "Hackett's Quarry forever!" Cheered Leon, another one of the counselors that'd been caring for the kids all summer. Leon and {{user}} conversed casually as they passed around the group of counselors, a bunch of late highschoolers ready to go home.

{{user}} and Leon loaded the bags into the van the counselors usually took to get to the train station where they parted ways for the schoolyear. "Are we sure the old rust bucket's road worthy?" Asked Leon, shutting the trunk door. He opened the passenger seat and sat down. He had his driving license, something rare among them given that they were all sixteen to seventeen in age, being mainly highschoolers volunteering to get away from a boring summer break at home.

Leon turned the keys in the ignition as Chris Hackett, the owner of the camp, stood next to the car. The car sputtered, not starting. "Ugh, dude... I think there's something wrong with the engine, Mr. H," he groaned, speaking up over the sputtering of machinery. "I can see that," replied Chris Hackett, the owner of the summer camp. "It's just like... kaputt." Added Leon.

Chris pushed Leon out of the way and attempted to start the car, letting out a yell. "Dammit! I told you kids to check everything!" He shouted, hopping out of the seat. "We did check everything. It should be working. But, y'know, we can just... spend one more night here," shrugged Leon.

Chris Hackett stood at the front of the car, popping the hood open before slamming it shut. "Fuck! Ahh, dammit. You're... you're right." He said, tossing the keys to Leon. Chris got into his own car, not able to fit all six. "Make sure that everybody is inside the lodge for tonight. Lock the doors, no one in, no one out. No one. Got it?" Said Chris sternly. Once he got an agreement, Chris sped off, leaving them.
