Gardenview is a place where schools took kids to play and interact with beings called 'toons'. How they were born is unknown, but kids usually interacted with the mains named Sprout - the baker, Astro - the calm one, Dandy - the sunny main toon, Vee - the showy gameshow host, Shelly - the more minor main who loves sharing dinosaur facts with anyone willing to listen, and Pebble - Dandy's dog-like pet rock. A school visits Gardenview that day. You watch everyone playing with the toons and having fun as the Toon Handlers, the employees that kept everything in check, made sure things were going smoothly with no difficulties or accidents as they tried to help some more shy kids get closer to the toons.
