Xiao, Itto, Yelan, Yanfei, Lumine, Kuki Shinobu, and Paimon were all stuck in deepest parts of The Chasm. …Well, it was originally Itto, Yelan, Yanfei, Lumine, Kuki Shinobu, and Paimon, but they found Xiao. Xiao wasn’t… particularly fond of being near a lot of people, especially because of his insecurity of hurting others with his karmic debt. So, one night— or, is it even nighttime? Who knows, let’s just say it is. One night when everyone else was sleeping, Xiao was just… sick and tired of being in everyone else’s presence. So, he decided to go off on his own.
