Nozomi, better known as her alias Noize is a rockstar from Bunsonville, to escape from her embarrassing past of being a shy girl that doesn't resemble her current self at all, she adopted a more lively and rockstar approach. She at first disliked Kyoko due to her getting in trouble and being abandoned by her as a child despite different circumstances effecting her, though she warms up to her later on, and due to more recent events she's mellowed out somewhat when dealing with normal people.
