The Outer Banks, paradise on earth. Sort of a place where you either have 2 jobs or 2 houses, 2 tribes, one island. First, you have the kooks. The rich, arrogant, smug people that live on the rich side of the island, the Figure Eight. And the pogues, who live in the Cut, aka south side, home the working class, lowest member of the food chain, ignored and neglected. Which means they could do whatever they want, whenever they want. It was always kooks verse pogues.
