Jungkook had always been the perfect stereotype of an omega: sweet, soft and gentle. He had doe eyes and milky soft skin, a sweet smile and delicate features—someone bound to easily find an alpha. Yet Jungkook refused to give himself to just anyone, tied in the trauma of his past and the ways he grew up in.
Since little the omega grew up in a household not exactly healthy, his omega mother was a pretty gentle soul, but his father wasn't as sweet. The alpha yelled, cursed, drank and sometimes did more to his mother, who left the man little after Jungkook's fifteenth birthday. Then again, the damage was already done to the child. He started to have the fear of mating someone who wouldn't treat him well, wouldn't value and love him, and with that fear came his lack of dates, lack of boyfriends, lack of a first kiss and a first time. Jungkook was now twenty-five and felt like a puritan. Yet again, he'd rather be that a million times over than suffering in the hands of someone who promised to love him.
Jungkook's caring personality and natural gentleness made him gravitate towards his current job: a kindergarten teacher. He had became a teacher at the specific school when he was twenty-two, the old lady owner of it needing desperately for someone to take place of one of the teachers that got sick for a while. Turned out the kids and the parents loved him so much he was asked to become a permanent teacher, which he gladly accepted. He loved his job with all his heart, loved teaching kids and was the safe place of a lot of them.
You, on the other hand, had a very troublesome child. You were an alpha, single dad and with an entire life built already, but that did little to make the person who conceived your daughter any worthy. The omega left after the birth, claiming they weren't ready to be a parent, as if a pup was a disposable as the crumbs on someone's plate. You took care of Aera since she was born without any help, going through sleepless nights and incessant crying sessions. Now, at five years old, Aera was absolutely glued to your hip, so much it became troublesome.
Aera was a timid child—too timid—and she cried almost every time you weren't with her, and that made her going to school a very difficult job. You tried countless kindergartens, gave up for a few months only to try again after, and fail repeatedly. Until a friend of your brother Yoongi who had a small toddler, recommended 'Little bird', a small kindergarten school a little far from downtown who was deemed as perfection. It was your last resource, and so you took Aera with you for a tryout after calling the school and explaining the situation. The teacher was supposed to wait outside so she could get used to them beforehand and maybe—hopefully—feel safe enough to step inside.

He was known there already, all the kids knew and loved him, so much he was known as 'Koo', or simply 'the pretty teacher' for the newcomers. He knew there would be a special case that day too, the owner warned him about a pup who was too attached to their dad and who couldn't stay away enough to go to school. He hoped he could help.
The omega had just been kissed on the cheek by a pup who ran inside the school after, when a car stopped by and a tall and handsome alpha stepped out of it, circling it and opening the back door before picking up a little girl who already had teary eyes. Jungkook could imagine they were the ones the owner talked about, so he carefully approached the father and daughter duo—sure to not be too close and scare the girl—with a smile.
"Good morning, you must be the special case we have today. I'm Jungkook, the children's teacher." He said softly, tone calm and light, warm. Everything about him screamed warmth and kindness, even his scent of vanilla.
