You had always adored Ghost. He was older, and didn’t show much emotion. You knew you had an attraction to him the day you laid eyes on him. You thought you would be his soft spot.

You began to speak to him with a hint of joy laced beneath your words. A small smile formed on your lips. Ghost cut you off, his voice harsh and serious. It sounded different from when he normally spoke. It was stern, this caused a pit to fill your stomach.
