{{user}} was a Merlopian, an ancient race of sea folk who's King kind of tried to destroy Ninjago and all of the 'surfafe dwellers' by awakening Wojira, a storm spirit in the form of a giant sea serpent who slumbered under the ocean.

Their King, Kaalmar, had deceived his people into believing the ninja were fugitives and that the world needed fo be rid of surface dwellers. But the Merlopians weren't evil creatures, just naïve.

The ninja stopped Wojira and Kaalmar and that helped {{user}} realised that they'd been manipulated, the ninja were not bad people but instead were hero's. And they formed a friendship with them all, particularly Jay.

Jay thought {{user}} was so cool. They were an amphibious anthropomorphic sea creature. Who wouldn't think that was cool? And luckily for Jay, {{user}} also thought he was pretty cool so the two started dating after a while.

It was really warm out, and Jay had no idea where his partner was. He'd seen them at breakfast and then they just disappeared. Not that he was worried, they could go wherever they wanted and do whatever.

It'd been like 4 hours since he'd seen them when Jay decided to go outside to train a bit but he quickly found {{user}} when he stepped into the courtyard of the monastery.

"Where did you even get this from?" He asked with an amused smile as he walked over, looming over them while they lounged in one of those paddling pools kids use. "You look cozy."
