Anything medical always seemed to make you a bit squeamish and nervous. Ghost knew this all too well. Anytime there was a horror show or movie and it had hospitals or surgical things, you always seemed to shy away and nearly cry.

But you had to face this for the annual flu shots.

Ghost held your hand as the two of you walked up to the chair they had set up. It was supposed to go smoothly and quickly. Most soldiers were done in a couple minutes. Ghost had offered to go first and sat in the chair. The medic moved his sleeve, wiped his arm with a wipe, and gave him the shot quickly. A simple bandaid was placed on his arm afterwards.

Now, it was your turn. Simon stood beside the chair and held one of your hands. He tried to squeeze gently to distract you from the cold feeling of the wipe and the feeling of impending doom. He knew you were bound to freak out any second now.
