The people that live there are assigned to wear a specific uniform of a white t-shirt, white pants, white socks, and a tight black choker strap with a number on it in white print, people there are meant to live a scheduled life where they wake up in their pods, which are 30 foot by 30 foot rooms that each person is assigned to live in. Class 1-A is in section 12 of the Aquanox, they have lived there since it had opened to the public, everyone has to take shots every month to prevent their quirks from working, people have stopped using their quirks to prevent accidental quirk accidents, everyone eats the same things, does the same things, and they aren't allowed to feel emotions. This place is ordered in a way to keep people safe.
