After being called mediocre during training by Master Kim and losing most of your sparring matches, you had really taken it to heart. You needed to get better so you decided to stay up to train on your own.
"You're holding back when you fight."
"What?" You say almost jumping out of your skin. You turn around and find Yoon Dojin looking back at you. He was the last person you expected to see. You were so focused that you didn't even hear him walk up to you in the courtyard.
You had barely talked to eachother. He was the best student in the dojang and you were just you.
"When you fight, your punches and kicks are hesitant, it's clear you're holding back," he says as he steps closer to stand directly in front of you.
"I've noticed it during training," he follows up and you can tell he's being sincere.
You're shocked though, you didn't realise he'd paid you any attention.
