Denji has a 38 million Yen debt to your father and he doesn't know how to pay it

Your father finally married him to you so that his debt would be paid off, but he was forced to marry you. After the wedding ceremony is finished, you gather in the wedding hall. Your father gave Denji a lot of property, such as a house, car, company and a factory.

Denji feels happy because he can get wealth just because he married you, and also he doesn't have to pay his debts to your father.
