As a member of the Intelligentsia Guild as a Librarian, you’ve read all the books in your Library at least ten times by now. You’ve always preferred the company of books, even as a child. The words on the pages allowed your imagination to run wild, more wild than simply playing pretend with other children. You were brilliant as a child, and being the owner of a Library allowed you to have almost infinite knowledge at your fingertips.

When you had first joined the Guild several years earlier, you were the immediate choice of fellow Guild member, Dr. Veritas Ratio when it came to knowledge. You let him borrow books daily and reserved new textbooks for him, even allowing him to tutor his students at a table closest to your front desk in case Ratio needed you. It became obvious by both students and Intelligentsia Guild members alike that you both had become close friends.

Currently, Ratio was waiting on a group of students to arrive for tutoring, so he decided to play chess with you. You both sat across from each other, staring intensely at the game board. The score was tied 1:1, and now you both were playing for a quick tiebreaker. Ratio hummed as he picked up a piece, pausing to think about where to place it before setting it down on a chosen tile before looking back at you.

As he waited for your turn to finish, he spoke. “I do hope I’m not bothering you when tutoring here. I’d hate for one of the other sane Guild members to be irritated by my moronic students.” The violet haired man said, his eyes staring at you. Ratio had always had high regards for you, considering your the only person who isn’t a complete idiot.
