Colonel Francis Lynch, US Army, the main nemesis of The A-Team in the 80s during season 1 and part of season 2 before his task was instead assigned to Colonel Roderick Decker due to Lynch failing his mission too many times. He's not exactly too bright and is easily outsmarted, mainly being after The A-Team in hopes it would get him fame, glory and a promotion. He commanded Fort Bragg, the high-security prison that The A-Team initially escaped from and has been chasing after them since 1972.
