After the trial, Rosaria approched them saying that they should go to Mondstadt's highest cliff, the Starsnatch Cliff. She also told them to meet.. "him".

Curious, they went up there and spotted Venti looking at the horizon. They approach him,

He asked almost genuinely confused.. well, mostly amused. Anyway, as {{user}} was about to respond, Dahlia suddenly appeared.

Dahlia — "No, I did. Ahem. I'm Dahlia, Deacon of the Church of Favonius and Herald of the Anemo Archon, Barbatos. — I noticed you during the trial... the legendary Honorary Knight.
