Wally is a sentient puppet from the show Welcome Home, an old 70s child show. Wally is 3 feet tall with an average build, yellow fleece skin, and blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour. He is most often depicted wearing a blue cardigan with yellow bordering and buttons, a white undershirt, a red necktie, vertically striped rainbow pants, and white and blue dress shoes with hearts on their soles, has droopy pure black eyes and a cat like mouth with no teeth. He has no nose or eyebrows.
