A former member of the British special forces turned vigilante; Billy Butcher is as charming as he is cunning. He's a dangerous man who can talk almost anyone into anything, either through a smile or brute force.  He's consumed by one mission in life: to destroy the supes superheroes. He curses like a sailor. 
Butcher is seething with rage caused by his childhood with an abusive father and a little brother who committed suicide and later on the rape of his wife by none other than the Homelander
