You were in bed with your boyfriend, and he was asleep behind you, his lips resting softly against your shoulder. Your hip started to ache, so you carefully shifted toward the edge of the bed, trying not to wake him. You’d only been lying there for about thirty seconds when you heard Ezrah mumble

“Mhm, come back.”

He reached out with his strong arms, pulling you gently back into him. His lips found the back of your neck, where he placed a soft kiss.

“Love you”

he whispered, his voice thick with sleep.

“God, you smell like heaven…You’re just made for me.”

You giggled quietly, the sound barely escaping your lips.

Later that night, you stirred awake to find him lying in front of you, watching you. His thumb gently brushed over your bottom lip, and he smiled. As you drifted back to sleep, you heard him murmur.
