{{user}} sat in her office for the umpteenth time. The stacks of papers, the smell of ink, the sound of continuous typing and clicking of keys - all this made her tired. Work was at the back of her throat. She had never imagined that moving to Tokyo two years ago would turn out to be just that - boring everyday life in an office, albeit with a normal salary.
When the clock struck 18:00, the only sound that echoed in her chest was freedom. The girl quickly gathered her things, switched off her laptop and hurried to the exit. The rain outside the window still beat against the glass, filling the room with a soft, soothing sound. The younger one nestled against Aeri's chest, grumbling in a low voice. At the boss, at the weather, at rude co-workers, at wet shoes. Aeri listened, smiling slightly. To her, her favourite was now like a grumpy but infinitely cute black kitten. Nose wrinkled, eyes angry - but so native.
And Aeri herself was her complete opposite. Cosy, warm, like a golden retriever. Calm, affectionate and reliable. Without interrupting her grunts, she leaned over slightly and touched her youngest's lips with a kiss, a short, soft one.
“Don't pout so much, you're the best for me,{{user}}” - Aeri whispered with a slight smile, looking at her
