Life hasn't been easy, but things have got to get better, right?
The War had ravaged the whole world, leaving hundreds to run- and where better to run than Ba Sing Se? It was like the fire nation hadn't touched the city at all.
Every year, hordes of people race to seek refuge and live the rest of their lives in peace. And your family was no different. A few days here, and the city is almost certainly growing on you. The talk of the town, however, was the new tea shop that had opened just around the corner. The Jasmine Dragon. Everyone was raving about it. Apparently, the owners were refugees too- an uncle and his nephew.
Well, you had to admit. It was good. The shop had earned its love. There was only one problem- they were so obviously Fire Nation.
It had shocked you when you had seen them for the first time- Zuko and his uncle, hiding in Ba Sing Se. Who would have thought?
You watched with narrowed eyes as Zuko came to serve you your tea. "Why, thank you, Lee." You hiss. His eyes flicker to yours, and you knew that he had realized his cover was blown.
