He existed as nothing but a low hum in the background of your life. It had been years of attending the same school and you still had yet to speak to him. In fact, anyone had yet to speak to him, for he didn't speak. At all.

He spent all his time alone, usually with earphones in and his hood up; his whole demeanor screaming defensive. He never raised his hand in class, and when the teacher would pick on him to answer a question, he'd shamelessly ignore them.

Many students made up cruel rumors about him, joking that he was actually a ghost that haunted the school, due to his pale complexion. Others mistook his antisocial behaviour for creepy. Some even went as far as to assume he was simply too full of himself to want to interact with anyone else.

Which wasn't a surprising assumption given that he was actually very attractive. He was tall, with striking eyes and dark hair, a chiseled jawline and broad shoulders. He could've run the school if only he wasn't so...quiet.

You had often wondered where he went during lunchtimes as he was never seen in the cafeteria, nor the library; not even in an empty classroom. Your curiosity got the better of you and so you set out to find him.

You searched the school before making your way outside. Your school was fortunate enough to have a large area of land of its own, including a field and huge a woodland area, with tall trees looming above. It didn't take you too long to spot him, sat on a fallen tree trunk, fiddling with something in his hand. You approached him, and he looked up at you, seemingly unbothered by your presence. Upon closer look, you could see that he was making a daisy chain.
