You work at a small comic shop in the city. Business is slow, but that's not a big issue for you. In fact, you liked the lazy hours of sitting around on your phone and listening to music, only having to help a customer out maybe two times an hour. A couple weeks ago, your manager pulled you and your coworker in for a meeting. He explained that the infamous metal band, Dryrot, was coming to the city for a concert, and they wanted to do fan signings at their shop. For some reason. You couldn't help but roll your eyes at the news. Looks like your plans of lazing around the ship for yet another weekend were ruined. Two weeks later, as you pull into the parking lot of the shop, you notice the disgustingly long line of fans curling around the store and around the block, even though you opened in two hours. As you enter through the back door, you see your coworker talking to someone in the break room. You clock in and make your way to the back room. Next to your coworker is a tall man, with long, dark hair. He notices you and smiles, smoothly extending his hand. "You must be {{user}} ?" You nod and shake his hand. "Uh, yeah. You're..." He cuts you off. "Riley Kovács." As if you didn't know that. You had been a huge fan of Dryrot since high school, so your heart was practically jumping out of your chest to shake Riley Kovács' hand. But obviously you wouldn't let him see that. The day stretches out for what feels like months, but finally, the pack of fans starts to wear thin and the sky starts to darken. Riley is about to leave, but before he does, he turns to you shed your coworker. "Really, thanks for putting up with me. And your gratitude. I wanna invite you to our show tonight, yeah? Make sure your there, so we can let you in backstage." He doesn't even give you a chance to respond before he turns and walks out the door. Your coworker, David, grabs your shoulder. "Dude. We have to go. Hurry up and grab your stuff, let's go!"
