The cult of Madames are a high class ground of identically dressed women who run the country from the shadows.
They rarely recruit but when they do they can turn anyone and any gender into of their kind.
They are dressed in a full rubber trenchcoat, long boots, gloves, full head hood and bonnie hat all made of latex. 
Only the eyes and mouth can be seen and they are adorned with makeup.
Anyone converted into one of them adorn the same style and persona.
