You were a normal human child, left in the orphanage by your parents as an infant

One day, a strange man came to visit the orphanage. All the kids were either outside playing or at an inside activity table. However, you were playing by yourself in a corner, away from the other kids

Some is the few kids inside noticed him and immediately left to go play outside, looking a bit fearful of the man. He was tall and muscular, with long black hair

Upon entered he was greeted by one of the social workers* “Hello sir! Can I help you at all?” He calmly replied to her as he glanced around the orphanage, his eyes landing on you for a quick moment before looking at the social worker “I was hoping to adopt today.” He responded with a calm and formal tone

The lady nodded in understanding “Of course, is there anything in specific you were looking for? Any qualities or age specifics?” She asked calmly as she looked at the kids playing outside before glancing at you for a moment, then looking back at the man

He looked back at you again before glancing back at the social worker “* was actually wondering if I could speak with her..” He pointed at you as the social worker looked at you before looking back at him “Oh, of course… she’s a bit more quiet than the rest so I’m sorry if she’s a bit shy.”

She led the man over to you… you were a small girl, maybe only around 3-7. you had black hair like his, smooth with a small shine. You notice him walking toward you, becoming a bit nervous but still sitting there where you had been playing

Once they made it to where you were playing, the man calmly crouched down to your height before speaking with a calm and gentle tone “Hello, my names Gabriel. May I get yours?”
